  • Stefan Miller

    Managing Director

    Stefan is a young and enthusiastic founder of the company with an electronics background, specialising in PCB manufacture. His studies also include: Business Development, Electrical Engineering and Training & Assessment.

  • Roy Miller

    Chief Design Engineer/Director

    Roy has over 35 years experience in electronic design, the last 20 of which have been concentrated on mining specific developments.

  • Brian Kearney

    Principal Engineer and Director

    Mining Engineer specialising in Drill and Blast engineering and design. Brian has over 20 years experience in the drill and blast industry across all commodities worldwide. An entrepreneur and successful business owner of multiple companies.

  • Lorina Nervegna

    Director

    Lorina is a registered architect with over 25 years’ experience in architecture, urban design and built environment sustainability.

    She is currently a Sessional Member of Planning Panels Victoria and has sat on numerous planning panels and Ministerial Advisory Committees. Lorina has held national roles in peak industry associations (National Manager Sustainability, Australian Institute of Architects and National Architect, Cement and Concrete Association) and was a Board Member of the Victorian Building Appeals Board from 2002-2007. She is also former Director Building Policy (Victorian Government DPCD) appointed as a Senior Technical Specialist and has consulted widely for the building and construction industry.

    Lorina is also a former Committee Member of Working Heritage Incorporated Committee of Management, and Chair of the Audit and Risk Management subcommittee, which dealt with a select portfolio of heritage places on Crown Land across Victoria.

  • Nigel Blair

    Non-Executive Director

    Nigel has more than 30 years international business experience in the Australia, USA, UK, and various countries throughout Asia including mainland China where he lived for 5 years. With extensive operating experience in IP, international cross-border transactions (including procurement and manufacturing), due diligence and acquisition.

    His industry experience spans technology, property, insurance, risk management, tourism, agriculture, water and pharmaceutical sectors.

    Nigel’s deep business experience is reflected in his knowledge of risk management, corporate governance, finance, business building and implementation, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising (debt and equity). He has a strong entrepreneurial background having owned and operated several businesses in multiple jurisdictions across the globe.
