The Vib-Nano is a compact, self-contained vibration monitor designed for fast deployment in the field. Follow this guide to get set up quickly.
Before you start
- Charge the unit fully before first use.
- Install the ShockAI app on your phone or tablet and sign in to your workspace.
- Have the mounting hardware ready for your deployment surface.
Deploy the monitor
- Position the Vib-Nano on a solid, coupled surface as close as practical to the structure you're monitoring.
- Power on the unit and open the ShockAI app.
- Pair the device over Bluetooth — it will appear in your device list automatically.
- Configure trigger levels and recording settings for your event, then arm the monitor.
After the event
Once an event is captured, transfer the data to ShockAI over Bluetooth for review, reporting, and post-blast analysis.
