ShockAI is the app and cloud platform that pairs with your ShotTrack hardware. This guide covers getting your account ready and connecting your first device.
Create your workspace
Organisations work in shared team workspaces with members and roles, so everyone pulls from the same projects, devices, and analyses. Your administrator can invite you to an existing workspace, or you can create a new one when you sign up.
Pair your device
- Sign in to the ShockAI app.
- Open your project and choose Add device.
- Put your Vib-Nano into pairing mode and connect over Bluetooth.
- Confirm the device appears under your project's device list.
Organise your data
Work is grouped into projects. Inside a project you connect devices, review sessions and events, and keep a traceable record of measurements and downstream analysis.
